Rules of cooperation with Profit Embassy
General principles and our office
This document is a set of simple rules that apply when you use our site or order an audit from us. Profit Embassy is a local office from Bydgoszcz run by Grzegorz Baryła. We operate at ul. Gdańska 27 and for 9 years we have been watching over our clients' money. By entering this site, you agree to how we work here. We don't use difficult paragraphs because we respect your time. If something in these rules doesn't suit you, simply stop browsing our site. We care about a clear relationship, so we write about everything straight from the shoulder. We currently serve 83 accounts and each of these clients went through the same steps of cooperation. Remember that the content here is just information, not an official legal advice for your specific case.
How we carry out orders and deadlines
When you order a tax audit from us for 2,830 PLN, we start work immediately after receiving the complete set of documents. The entire process usually takes 14 business days. During this time, Marek or Anna analyze your invoices and look for errors. (By the way, we always ask for honesty, because hidden papers are the biggest enemy of a good audit). We are not a corporation, so we treat every case seriously. If we are running a residency change process for you, prepare for about 4 months of waiting for official decisions. These are the realities and we don't intend to entice you with promises that it can be done in a week. We count facts, not promises. All our analyses are based on current regulations, which we check regularly so that your assets are safe and legal.
Prices and payment rules
At Profit Embassy, we put the matter clearly: you know the price before we start. For an audit, you pay a one-time fee of 2,830 PLN. If you are interested in permanent asset protection and residency, the monthly cost is 1,465 PLN. We issue VAT invoices and expect payment within 7 days. Honestly, we are not the cheapest office in Bydgoszcz. We know, however, that our reports usually pay off for clients in the first quarter of cooperation thanks to the savings found. For example, for one bakery we recovered 12,437 PLN in 47 days. We don't add any hidden fees for extra phone calls. You pay for concrete knowledge and the time of our 3 experts. If you resign during work, we settle only for those stages that we actually closed in your case.
Liability and security
We always operate within the law and expect the same from you. We provide analyses and proposals for structures, such as a family foundation (we already have 47 of them to our credit), but ultimate business decisions are yours. We can't guarantee that every tax office in Poland or abroad will immediately agree with us. Regulations can be complex and subject to different official interpretations. Our task is to build such solid argumentation for you that the risk is as low as possible. We don't take responsibility for losses resulting from you providing incomplete or false data about your profits. In the world of high finance, honesty is the foundation. If your company has troubles that you don't tell us about, our audit simply won't work as it should.
