Profit Embassy Office Privacy Policy
Who watches over your data?
The administrator of your personal data is the company Profit Embassy, located in Bydgoszcz at ul. Gdańska 27. The founder and person responsible for the order of documents is Grzegorz Baryła. Running the office for 9 years, we have learned that trust is built on specifics and security. We treat your data as seriously as your money. We don't sell it, swap it with other firms, and we don't spam you. Everything we do happens within the law and in accordance with the EU's GDPR regulation. If you have any questions about how we care for your information, you can simply call us at +48 52 501 66 81 or write an email to [email protected].
What information do we collect and why?
We only collect the data we actually need for work. When you use our site or order an audit, we may come into possession of your first name, last name, phone number, and email address. This mainly happens in three situations:
- When you fill out the contact form to arrange a 20-minute talk about your finances.
- When you use our tax calculator to check potential savings (results are for you, we only see the general parameters).
- When you send us documents for a preliminary analysis before preparing a tax report.
We do this to be able to call you back, answer a question, or prepare an offer that is not fluff. Your data also allows us to issue an invoice for the service performed, which is our legal obligation. Currently, we serve 83 regular clients, and each of them knows that their folder is safe with us.
Cookies
Our site uses cookies. These are small text files saved on your device. They help us understand which blog articles – for example, the one about the 47 clients who chose a family foundation – are most useful for you. Thanks to them, the site loads faster and correctly displays the copper and obsidian graphic accents. You can turn off cookie support in your browser settings at any time. The site will continue to work, although some functions might be slightly slower. We don't use cookies to track you across the internet. We're only interested in what you do on our site so we can better tailor the asset protection content to your needs.
Your rights are important to us
You rule your data. The law gives you specific tools, and we fully respect them. At any point, you can write to us to:
- See exactly what information we have about you.
- Correct errors if, for example, you've changed your phone number or office address.
- Remove your data from our database (right to be forgotten), as long as we don't have to keep it for tax or accounting reasons.
- Transfer your data to another financial service provider.
We implement every such request without unnecessary delay. It usually takes us from 3 to 6 hours on business days. We respect your time and privacy because we know that in the world of high finance, discretion is key. If you think your data is being processed incorrectly, you also have the right to file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
Security and data storage
We store data as briefly as possible and as long as the law requires. If we've conducted a financial security audit for you, the documents related to it are kept for the period required by tax regulations. Our systems are protected by passwords, and access to them is limited to 3 authorized people from our office in Bydgoszcz: Grzegorz, Marek, and Anna. We don't use external customer service centers. Everything stays with us, at ul. Gdańska 27. Money likes silence, and personal data likes order and solid security. We use SSL certificates that encrypt every connection between your computer and our server.
Changes to the privacy policy
The world changes, and so do the regulations. Sometimes we have to update this text to fit new legal requirements or new services we're introducing. If we change anything significant, we'll inform you on the home page or in the newsletter for our 83 regular subscribers. We encourage you, however, to check in here once in a while and see if everything is clear to you. The last significant update happened recently, which is visible in the date at the bottom of the page. Thank you for the trust you place in us by entrusting us with your contact. We promise not to let you down.
